Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?"

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Fill out this form to request a refund under our Fan Guarantee! There are a few things that aren’t covered though, so be sure to check this list of exclusions before putting in a request:

  • Refunds are not available on bookings made within 14 days of the event
  • Fan Guarantee does not apply to VIP tickets, Platinum tickets, Packages or Season tickets
  • Refunds are not available on bookings made through Ticketmaster Outlets
  • You can request up to three refunds in a calendar year.
  • We can only cancel the tickets themselves – if you added any extras to your order like insurance or collector tickets, you’ll still be charged for these
  • We can offer exchanges for tickets in the same price bracket or higher, subject to a €6 or £6 admin fee per booking
