No. The selection process is random, and registering as soon as the window opens doesn’t increase the odds of getting an access code.

Within your country you may register for one location as your preferred events. If there are multiple event dates on the same location you will automatically register for all of these events. Fans who are randomly selected and invited to take part in the sale will be notified the day before the sale begins.

Fans may register for other event dates and locations abroad, by visiting the Ticketmaster website from that country.

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday 21^st September at 15.00 local time. Only registered fans with the approved links will be able to join.

You can shop for tickets if you receive an access code, but this does not guarantee you’ll be able to purchase tickets. Tickets are available on a first- come first- served basis.

• Prior to the sale sign into your Ticketmaster account. Make sure you know your password or reset it ahead of time.  Have your email open with the unique link and access code.

• When the sale begins, click the link you were sent at the appropriate time. Only Ticketmaster accounts linked with emails that have been assigned can join the ticket sale.

• Enter your unique access code exactly as it appears in the email you received. This may take a moment to process so do not refresh the page during this time.

• Stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs may result in errors.

• You can purchase up to 4 tickets with your unique access code and only for the show indicated in the email you received.

Fans who are randomly selected to participate in the sale will receive a unique access code and purchase link via email on the afternoon of Tuesday 19^th September.

No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared.

If you registered and received an access code email from Ticketmaster, but it’s not working, try checking these things first.

• Make sure the event is on sale.  Advance registration access codes are sent out before the event goes on sale but won’t work until the event is actually on sale.
• You must be signed in with the same email address you used to register for the ticket sale.
• You must enter the access code exactly as it appears in your email.
• If you have used your code already, you may have met the ticket limit of 4.  Due to demand, all events have a ticket limit to allow more fans to get tickets.

No, tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour are not personalised, meaning no identification will be asked upon entry.

Yes, you can buy tickets for somebody else. Please note Ticket Transfer will not immediately be activated after the sale as there will be a delayed delivery for this event. This means you can’t forward tickets to somebody else.

All tickets are mobile/digital tickets, and they will be available via your Ticketmaster account and via the Ticketmaster App. Tickets will not be released until closer to the event date, please see ‘Is delayed delivery active for this event?’

Depending on the seats you have, you may be on the right or left side of the stage, closer or a little further away than someone else, but you will have a view of the stage. After having entered your code during the on sale, you will see several options:

- GA Pit Standing

- General Admission Standing

- Reserved Seating (seats)

- Side View (seats on the side of the stage, these have a limited view of the stage and are priced accordingly)

- Wheelchair/helper (wheelchair and attendant places)

Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We’ll notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, most accessible through the app.
