Your user ID is just the email address that you used to sign up with, so if you get weekly emails from us, it's most likely going to be that address.
You will be able to try and enter your password 5 times. If you get your password incorrect 5 times it will lock your account for 24 hours, so we advise that you request a new password before your 5th try.
If you've forgotten your password, it's really easy – just go to log in as normal and click the Forgotten Password link. We'll send you a temporary password in an email so you can log in and reset it – hopefully to something you'll remember for next time!
