We know it can be frustrating when you've found the perfect seats, just to get partway through the booking process to somehow end up losing them. We want you to see your show from the best possible seats, so here are a few things to check if you're having problems:
Are you signed into your online account?
It's always best to make sure you're signed into your account before starting a booking. The checkout process has a time limit and we know that some of you don't book through us very often, so it's a real pain when you've chosen your seats just to be timed out when you can't remember your password.
Is your billing information up to date?
It's a good idea to make sure your address and credit card details are up-to-date before you start booking. You don't want to get all the way through just to fall at the final hurdle when you can't find your card to put the new details in!
Have you got our website open in more than one window?
Please only use one browser window at a time to hold tickets. We have systems in place to stop automated programs from booking up all the tickets – this means that if you try to hold 2 sets of tickets at once in separate windows, the seats will be released.
