Instalment plans will be available online for all Weekend Camping and Family Weekend Camping ticket prices to any customer wishing to take advantage of a payment plan.
The full price of your purchase will be charged as follows:

Unfortunately we can't change the payment dates.
It is recommended that you ensure funds are in place to process the payment of all instalments on the dates set out above.

Tips:
- Any changes to the card used to make this purchase must be communicated to us by phone. This may be updating your expiry date or changing the card completely. Updating/Adding the new details to your MyAccount will not update pre-existing orders. It’s important that you call us, rather than sending details via by email, for security purposes.
- Add a calendar reminder for yourself so you can ensure funds are available. Check have your card details changed since the original purchase date.
Electric Picnic - Family Camping Information
The Family Campsite is dedicated campsite for families with children strictly aged 12 or under at the time of the festival. (limited to 2 children per adult). Please note that ID checks will be in place at the festival, if you feel your child looks older than 12 years old please bring ID. It is not acceptable to turn up to the family campsite with children aged between 13-17. Anyone who is of this age will not gain admission to the festival or otherwise. Please note that ID checks will be in place at the festival.
