If you’ve sold tickets on Resale for an event that gets postponed or rescheduled, you will receive payment 10-12 working days after the new date.
If the event is cancelled you will automatically be refunded and notified, so there is no need to contact us.
If you’ve bought Resale tickets for an event that gets postponed or rescheduled, we will contact you by email letting you know and with instructions on what to do next.
