If you’ve been asked to send your tickets to the buyer, to locate the buyers address you’ll need to follow the steps below:

1. Login to Your Account and click View Resale Orders under My Tickets.
2. Click on Sold Tickets to locate the order.
3. Click on Send Myself.
4. You will then be taken to a page displaying the buyer's address and a field to enter the tracking number.
5. Send the tickets to the buyers address shown - make sure you've used the postal method advised to you. 
6. Enter the tracking number on the order in your account. You’ll need to enter the tracking number before any deadline provided to you.
