All presales end on Thursday, 27 July 22:00 or when there is no availability left in the presale.

How do presales work?

Presales give fans with codes the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. However, the codes don’t guarantee tickets.

Presales are most often shared by the artist, or the platform or partner hosting the presale. You may need to be a member of an artist Fanclub or subscribe to the platform hosting the presale. Review their guidelines to find the right link and passwords if required.

Are Platinum Tickets available?

Yes, Platinum tickets are available for this event in the presales from Thursday, July 27 and in the general onsale.

Are Infinity tickets available?

Infinity Tickets Coldplay are making a limited number of Infinity Tickets available for the shows at a later date.

Infinity Tickets exist to make the Music Of The Spheres World Tour accessible to fans for an affordable price. They cost €20 per ticket excluding service fees, are restricted to a maximum of two tickets per purchaser and must be bought in pairs which will be located next to each other. Infinity tickets can only be collected on the location and day of the event. You’ll be asked to show your identification, which must match the purchasers name in your online account.

Resell, transfer or cancel my tickets

Can I cancel my tickets after I’ve purchased it?

No, as tickets are nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. We’ll notify you of your options if the event’s status changes.

Can I transfer tickets to someone else?
