To update your email address, password, your billing address and more, go to the My Profile section in your My Account.
If you change your billing address, all future bookings will be sent to that new address. If you already have a booking, contact Fan Support.
To update your payment details, follow these steps:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Select the My Profile section under My Account.
- Click Billing Information on Ticketmaster.IE (desktop/mobile web) or Payment Options on the Ticketmaster app.
- Select Add New Card and enter preferred payment details.
