How do I get alerts about new events?

You can customise your alerts from Ticketmaster in your account or add your favourites in the Ticketmaster App to see curated recommendations.

For step-by-step instructions, select a tab:

• To select the alert, follow these steps:

  
  
  1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
  2. Under My Settings, click Manage Alerts.
  3. Review the available alert options and select what you’d like to receive.
  4. Click Update Preferences.
  5. To let us know what type of events you’re interested in, click Manage Preferences and check the boxes next to your favorite categories.

• To add favorites, follow these steps:

  
  
  1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account on our app.
  2. Tap Favourites and select a tab.
  3. Tap the blue button or tap Add + in the upper right corner to see the available options or search.
  4. Tap the heart next to your favourite performers, teams or venues.
