If your ticket delivery is currently by post and you'd like to switch to mobile, contact Fan Support by following the steps below:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Find your order in the My Tickets section or My Events in the app.
- Select the Chat icon.
If you have an eTicket, you'll have access to Print-at-Home or mobile tickets in your account. We can’t change this ticket type to post or collection.
