To check if a delivery method change is possible, follow these steps:

2. Find your order in My Events.
3. Under Ticket Delivery, click Change to view alternate delivery options. -

If you don’t see an option to change the delivery method, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The Event Organizer isn’t allowing delivery changes for your event.
- Your tickets are only available for mobile entry.
- Your event only accepts physical tickets.
- You have VIP tickets.
- You have resale tickets.
