If your order has a barcode with a moving line, your mobile tickets have a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds for fraud and counterfeit protection. Once you view it in our app, your ticket is automatically saved on your specific device.
To view your tickets, follow these steps:
- Download the Ticketmaster app or sign into your My Account. Make sure you’re using the latest version of our app.
- Find your order in My Events.
- View your tickets by tapping View Barcode.
- When you arrive at your event, present the barcode to be scanned. Screenshots won’t get you in.
Mobile data reception can be limited, so make sure you’ve viewed your tickets before you arrive at the venue to ensure that you can access them.
