When you purchase mobile tickets, your phone is your ticket. If you bought tickets as a gift and won’t be at the event yourself, you may be able to transfer them to your guests. Visit the FAQ How do I transfer tickets? for more information.
If you’re giving tickets to someone without a smartphone, view your order to see if you booked mobile tickets or an eTicket bundle. With the bundle, you have the option to print your tickets and pass them on to your guests or transfer your tickets if eligible.

If you've bought someone tickets as a present, you create your very own Ticketmaster gift receipt. Check out our Gift Receipt page and follow the simple instructions to create gift receipts for physical or digital tickets. The gift receipt can't be used as a ticket.
