Wembley Stadium manages and sells their own accessible tickets.
Please note that Companion tickets are included within the total ticket limits in place. For the presale, a maximum of 4 per code. For the general sale, a maximum of 4 per household for each show.

All Accessible Tickets for the London shows are sold by Wembley Stadium.
For Wheelchair/Ease of Access seating: Please contact the venue at https://help.wembleystadium.com/support/home. Before purchasing your tickets, the venue will require proof of disability to ensure that all allocated seating is being provided to the guests who require it.
If you have previously purchased tickets with Wembley Stadium and have a customer number, you do not need to send in proof of disability again. If you cannot remember your customer number, they can look it up for you.

Wheelchair Accessible: this is the only seated option with step-free access.
Ambulant and Sight Impaired seats: are on LEVEL 3. There are approx. 40 steps to level 3, 5 steps to each block, and 5 steps to row. These seats are not suitable if you cannot manage any steps.
Wheelchair Accessible and Sight Impaired Tickets can be bought with a complimentary companion ticket. You must register and verify your requirement for a carer with Ticketmaster, or the companion ticket will be charged. These tickets are sold only in pairs, in a 1:1 ratio.
Ambulant customers who need a companion should buy the required number of tickets, then request one of your purchased seats be transferred to a complimentary companion post-purchase via My Account. (Limits apply.)
Ambulant and sight impaired seats will be moved to the Hogan side of the venue, owing to car park changes and access.
