By Standard Mail If you have a confirmation/order number for your purchase, your booking was successful and your tickets will be issued to you. Ticketmaster aims to post all tickets as soon as possible. It is not unusual for your tickets be sent closer to the event date and can arrive up to 72 hours prior to the event date.
If you have not received your tickets within 48 working hours of the event, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note: Ticketmaster only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit card company we may cancel your tickets.
Some types of tickets have posting restrictions, including:
International Mail Customers - If we can't post the tickets to you in time, delivery through the post will not be an option in the booking process, and international customers will be asked to pick up tickets at the box office. If your address changes before we are able to post your tickets, please contact us immediately. In order to change your address details, we require written confirmation of your new address in the form of a photocopy of the card statement with your new address printed on it.
