How do I find my receipt or order confirmation number?

To view your online order’s receipt or confirmation number, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Find your order in My Tickets. Resale tickets may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
3. Next to your order number, click View Receipt. Receipts are unavailable on our app or for events that took place more than 90 days in the past.
