To reset your password please go to the “My Account” log in page on a desktop/laptop (www.ticketmaster.ie) or mobile (m.ticketmaster.ie), not the Ticketmaster App.
Enter your email address and click the “Forgot Password” link.
You should receive an email containing a temporary password to your email within 30 minutes.
Please check your junk trash or spam folders , if you don't see the password in your main inbox.
Use this temporary password with your email address to log in , complete the steps on screen to create your new password.
Please note you can’t reset your password through the Ticketmaster APP – follow the guidelines above.
After you have successfully updated your password, we recommend that you uninstall the Ticketmaster app and then reinstall it.
