Mobile Entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events.
When your event is Mobile only, or you selected Mobile Entry at checkout, your mobile phone is your ticket. With this delivery method, you’ll only be able to access your tickets on your phone. Tickets can’t be printed from your online account or get emailed to you.
How do I find and use my tickets?
Download our app, then follow these steps:

1. Open your Ticketmaster app. Make sure you’re using the latest version of our app.
2. Sign into your My Account.
3. Tap My Events and find your order.
4. Tap View Tickets to access your tickets.
5. Your phone’s your ticket - scan it at the venue entrance and you’re in! -

3. Tap the circle in the top right and tap My Tickets.
4. Find your order and tap View Tickets to access your tickets.

How do I access mobile entry tickets if I lose internet access?
You can view your tickets in the Ticketmaster app, and they’ll automatically save on your specific device. Mobile data reception can be limited, so make sure you’ve viewed your tickets before you arrive at the venue to ensure that you’ll be able to access them without connectivity.
