If you’re trying to book tickets and you get the message “Tickets not currently available from Ticketmaster” or “Sorry, we couldn’t find any results”, this means that the tickets you were looking for aren’t available at the moment. If you’ve searched for tickets in a specific price level or area of the venue, it could just be that we don’t have any availability in those areas, so we’d recommend widening your search.
Sometimes, it may mean that there are no tickets available at all at the moment – with really popular events, tickets can sometimes sell in minutes. When the allocation of tickets we have has sold, you’ll get the message “Tickets not currently available from Ticketmaster”. We don’t update the page to say it’s sold out because we may still get another allocation of tickets to sell.
If you’re trying to book in a presale, please try again during the general sale.
If you’re trying to book on the day they go on general sale and it’s a big arena or stadium, keep checking back through the day in case more tickets are released. It’s also worth checking back nearer to the event date, as more tickets are sometimes released closer to the time.
We don’t have the facility to email you to let you know if more tickets are released.
