How do I print my tickets?

If you have Mobile Entry tickets, you won’t be able to print them from your online account, nor can they be emailed. You can visit the FAQ How do I use Mobile Entry tickets? for more information.

If you chose Print-at-Home as your delivery method, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your My Account on Ticketmaster.ie (desktop/mobile web).
2. Find your order under the My Tickets section.
3. When they’re ready to print, the Print Tickets button will appear. Visit the FAQ Why can't I access my eTickets? to see if Print-at-Home is delayed for your event.
4. Click Print Tickets and confirm your account by entering the code we emailed you. You’ll need Adobe Reader to print your tickets, which you can quickly download from this Adobe webpage.
5. Print your tickets and you’re set!

If the event doesn’t appear on that page, try accessing your tickets on a different browser or device.

Your tickets can’t be printed if no Print Tickets button appears or from the app.

What should I do if the event and seat details are missing from the printouts?

If only the background of your tickets have printed without the event and seat details, follow these steps:

1. Open the .pdf file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. Select File and Print from the top menu.
3. In the printer window, select Advanced options.
4. Check the Print as image box and click OK.
5. Print your tickets again, and this time they should come out with the event and seat details.
