If you haven’t received the email, check your spam, junk and deleted folders for an email from noreply@email.ticketmaster.co.uk. This email is only used for sending out fan notifications. If you need help, contact Fan Support.
If you used Sign In with Apple and have since disabled email forwarding for your Hide My Email account within your Apple ID settings, you may be having trouble receiving account recovery emails from us.
To resolve the issue, update your email address in your Ticketmaster profile. Once updated, return to the sign in page and enter your email. Then, select Forgot Password? you'll be able to request a new password reset email. If the steps above don’t resolve your issue, visit our troubleshooting help page for further guidance.
If you still don’t have an email from us at the above email address, please add noreply@email.ticketmaster.co.uk to your contacts and request the email to be sent again.
