Ticketmaster Travel lets you book hotels for your event, so you can plan your trip all in one place.
You can find and book hotel stays near your event after ticket purchase.
Confirming your booking information
How will I receive my hotel confirmation?
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Ticketmaster Travel with your hotel details. There may be a delay of up to 48hrs in your confirmation being sent.
Be sure to check your email inbox, spam, and junk folders. If your event is within the next 48 hours or check-in is in less than 48 hours and you have not received your confirmation, please contact Fan Support.
After you've confirmed your booking
I booked one room. How many people can stay in it?
The number of guests allowed in your room is based on the number of people specified during the booking process. Please refer to your hotel confirmation email for full details.
Where can I view my hotel booking details?
Your booking details are shown during checkout and included in your confirmation email.
You can also view your booking details by selecting the Manage My Reservation link in your Ticketmaster Travel confirmation email from noreply.travel@ticketmaster.com.
Do I need to show ID at the hotel on arrival?
Yes. You must bring a valid photo ID that matches the purchaser name on the booking.
If you cannot present a matching ID, the hotel may refuse check-in. If you need to add or update a guest name, please contact Fan Support. Any changes are subject to hotel approval and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancelling or changing hotel bookings
Can I cancel my booking and get a hotel refund?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and booking type. Please review the cancellation terms shown during checkout and included in your confirmation email.
If your booking is eligible for cancellation, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the hotel’s policy.
Can I cancel or change my dates for a non-refundable booking?
Non-refundable bookings cannot currently be changed or rescheduled.
How do I know if my booking was cancelled?
If your booking is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email.

If my event is cancelled or rescheduled, is my hotel reservation automatically cancelled?
No. Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which is provided during checkout and in your confirmation email.
If your booking is eligible for cancellation, you can cancel using the Manage My Reservation link in your confirmation email.
Payments
Can I pay for hotel incidentals with a different card than the one I used to book?
Yes. At check-in, the hotel may require a separate card for incidentals or other charges. This can be different from the card used to make your booking.
Who is going to charge my credit card, and when?
Your payment will appear as Ticketmaster, and the full amount will be charged in a single transaction.
Hotel Prices and Fees
Are taxes and fees included in the price?
In most cases, taxes and fees are included in the final price shown at checkout.
Some hotels may charge additional local or resort fees at check-in. Where applicable, this will be shown during checkout and in your confirmation email.
Can I purchase more than one hotel through Ticketmaster Travel?
You can book multiple rooms in one transaction if they are for the same hotel, room type, and stay dates.
If you want different hotels, room types, or dates, you will need to make separate bookings.
Do I pay a reservation fee to Ticketmaster?
There is no reservation fee for hotel bookings. Any applicable Ticketmaster fees will be clearly shown at checkout.
Room and Booking Questions
Can I upgrade or modify my booking after making a purchase?
Hotel bookings cannot be modified or upgraded at this time.
