What is Ticketmaster Travel?
Ticketmaster Travel lets you book a hotel stay for your event, so you can plan your experience in one place.
You can book a hotel on its own, add a hotel after you've bought your tickets, or choose a hotel alongside your tickets and pay in one checkout.
Which type of booking do I have?
Hotel Only Booking
You booked hotel accommodation on its own, or added a hotel after you'd already bought your tickets.
You will receive a separate hotel confirmation email from Ticketmaster Travel (noreply.travel@ticketmaster.com), with a Manage My Reservation link.
Ticket and Hotel Booked Together
You chose your event tickets and hotel accommodation together in one single purchase.
You will receive a ticket and hotel confirmation email from Ticketmaster Travel (noreply.travel@ticketmaster.com), with a Manage My Reservation link.
Cancelling, changing, and refunds
Your options depend on which of the two booking types above you have. Find yours below.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Review the cancellation terms shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the hotel's policy.
If your booking is eligible, cancel using the Manage My Reservation link in the confirmation email. You are responsible for cancelling your hotel booking. Once a booking has been cancelled, this action cannot be undone.
If my event is cancelled or rescheduled, is my hotel cancelled too?
No. All Hotel Only bookings are subject to the Hotel’s cancellation policy, which is provided both at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. If you booked hotel accommodation through Ticketmaster Travel in a separate transaction and your event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, your Hotel Only booking will remain unchanged. If it's eligible for cancellation, use the Manage My Reservation link in your confirmation email.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
No. When purchasing tickets and a hotel in a single checkout, your booking is non-refundable.
If my event is cancelled or rescheduled, is my hotel cancelled too?
A Fan Support agent will contact you with the option of keeping or cancelling your hotel booking. If you don’t receive an email within 72 hours, contact Fan Support.
Can I change my dates on a non-refundable booking?
No. There's currently no option to change dates on a non-refundable booking.
How do I know if my booking was cancelled?
You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation. Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.
Confirming your booking
Your confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout within 24 hours.

Your booking details are shown during checkout and included in your confirmation email.
If you have a Hotel Only booking or you booked a Ticket and Hotel together, you can also select the Manage My Reservation link in your Ticketmaster Travel confirmation email.
Your confirmation email serves as your invoice and includes pricing information.
