You can avoid missing out on ticket sales for your favorite artists by setting a reminder on the event page. We’ll notify you by sending you an email one hour before tickets go on sale and provide a link that takes you directly to the ticket sale page.
To set a reminder, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Visit the event page.
- Select your desired show.
- Next to the sale you want to set a reminder for, select SET REMINDER.
- To confirm that the reminder is set, ensure that the button appears purple and says REMINDER SET.
If you need to remove a reminder, just click or tap REMINDER SET on the event and confirm by selecting Remove.
