For some events, the lead booker for the order will need to attend the event in person and the tickets can’t be transferred or passed on.
The lead booker is the cardholder for the order – that’s the person named on the card used to pay for the tickets, and is the only name that we take during the checkout process. We advise that if you can't attend the event, that you don't book tickets as a gift for someone else.
If the lead booker has to attend for your event, this will be made clear on our website when you book.
If your event is not listed on this page, the lead booker does not need to attend in person. This means you can purchase the tickets as a gift for whoever you like and they'll be allowed in regardless of the name printed on them.
What do I need to get in as the lead booker?
For a ticket to be valid the lead booker must at any point be able to provide the below to gain admission;
i) The physical event ticket (if paper tickets have been issued for the event)
ii) The booking confirmation.
iii) A valid photo ID matching the customer name on the booking confirmation and the credit card.
I haven't received my booking confirmation. Where can I find it?
If you've provided us an email address, then you should receive a booking confirmation within 72 hours of the booking being made. For bookings made over the phone, you can also see your booking details by creating an online account and checking your order history. Refer to our booking confirmation page for a quick guide how this can be done.
Can I change the name on the booking or resell the tickets?
As the event organisers would like to make sure as many fans as possible get tickets, they’ve implemented this policy to prevent the tickets from being resold. With that in mind, we ensure that all important information such as this is given to customers before a purchase is made. If tickets are found to be put up for sale, then they will immediately become invalid. Tickets are also non-transferable so regrettably we’re unable to change the name on the booking once this has been processed.
