If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, contact Fan Support and our team will be happy to help. Make sure you have your order number or the card you used to buy the tickets readily available.
However, you may be able to use your damaged tickets if you have at least one clear barcode that can be scanned.
For damaged or destroyed Print-at-Home tickets, you can print your tickets again from the link in your confirmation email or your Upcoming Events tab in your My Account.
Can you post my duplicate tickets?
We don’t post out duplicate tickets as it could cause problems at the venue or allow someone else to use your tickets without our knowledge.
If your tickets go missing in the post, the safest way to make sure you get into the event is for us to change your delivery method to Box Office collection. Once we process the change, the original tickets will be void and the new tickets will only be released to the cardholder when they're collected at the venue.
