When will I get paid for my sale? đź’·
Before we can pay you for your sale we need to confirm that your tickets can be reissued to the buyer – unfortunately, this is out of our control.
If they can be reissued - we’ll email you to confirm and then process your early payment, usually within the following 10-12 working days. The payment can then take up to 3-5 working days from then to show in your account and will come from Adyen, our payment provider.
If they cannot be reissued - we’ll let you know that’s the case by email and confirm the next steps. You can expect to receive payment within 10 working days of the event taking place. The payment can then take up to 3-5 working days from then to show in your account and will come from Adyen.
When you list tickets for sale you are asked to input your bank account details where payment can be made. We can't make payment to a credit or debit card, or by any other means.
If your bank account details have changed you can log in to your account to update these: just click on “My Profile” & “Seller Details” and enter the new bank account information.
The name and address you give us must match that of the bank account you provide. We can't pay into another persons account.
Can I sell mobile tickets? 📱
The majority of mobile tickets are available for listing on Ticketmaster Resale. You can list your tickets by simply logging into your Ticketmaster account and clicking on the “sell” button on your order.
However, sometimes the event organiser will request that tickets are not resold. When this happens you’ll see “resale not available” next to your tickets.
Can I sell Resale tickets? 🎫
While we continue to develop our website and add new features, you may find there are a small number of tickets that can’t currently be resold on Ticketmaster Resale.
Unfortunately, Resale tickets can't be resold at the moment, but be sure to keep an eye out for further updates.
Can I cancel my Resale listing? đź–±
If your tickets have not yet sold, you can simply click on "cancel listing" which is displayed under your tickets in My Account. You can relist them up until tickets for the event are taken off sale, which is usually a few days before the event.
Any tickets that have already sold can't be cancelled, as a contract will have been formed between you and the buyer and the sale has to be honoured.
My tickets have sold, what happens next? ⌚
If we are able to reissue your tickets, you won’t need to do anything. Not all tickets can be reissued, so you may need to send your tickets on to the buyer yourself. If this is the case we'll let you know.
If you’ve already received the tickets, just keep hold of them until you’ve heard from us. Either way, we’ll let you know as soon as possible by email.
All sales are final and can't be cancelled, and all sold tickets will now be owned by the buyer.
What happens if my tickets don’t sell? ⏳
Tickets usually remain on sale until 3 working days before the event. After this, they’re removed to make sure there is enough time for them to reach a buyer in time for the event.
We’ll send you an email if your tickets sell, but all sellers are advised to monitor their listings by logging into their account. If you want to remove any unsold ticket(s) before the expiry date you can also do that from your account.
Any tickets that don’t sell remain yours to use as you wish, but we can’t make payment for any tickets that haven’t sold.
Are my tickets guaranteed to sell? 🤔
We can't guarantee that any Resale tickets will sell, but they will be advertised on Ticketmaster's website alongside all other tickets.
If your tickets do sell, we'll send you a confirmation email. You can also check the status of any listings by logging into the My Account section of our website. We are usually able to reissue tickets to the buyer, but if we do need you to send tickets to your buyer, we’ll let you know.
If you change your mind about selling, please cancel the listing as if they do sell, they will be reissued to the buyer.
Please be aware that all listings are removed around 3 days before the event, so if your tickets don't sell they will be yours to do with as you wish.
