This symbol means a ticket is being sold by another fan and is available for you to buy. The process of buying it is exactly the same as when you buy a new ticket. We verify every ticket on our Ticket Exchange, so the ticket and seat you buy is the ticket you get.
Ticket availability can change, so if the tickets you want aren't shown or the amount of tickets you’d like isn't available, you may want to try closer to the event in case more tickets may be listed.
Below are some common FAQs:
How can I pay for Resale tickets?
You can currently pay for Resale tickets using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Amex.
Unfortunately, we can't accept PayPal, Klarna or Ticketmaster Gift Cards at the moment but keep an eye out for further updates.
Why can I only buy a certain number of Resale tickets?
Resale listings are shown on our seat maps as pink dots. The full number of seats listed is always shown, even if some of those seats have been sold, so you may not be able to buy them all.
You will be able to select the maximum number of seats available on the seat selection page. If this number is less than the number of seats on the map, then some of the listing has already been sold and you won't be able to go back and purchase more seats from that range.
If you require more seats, you will need to select from a different range of available seats.
I booked standing tickets - why have my tickets got a row and seat number?
Don't worry – we have to give all standing (General Admission) tickets a number just so we can keep our systems up to date. It's just an admin thing, so they don't usually refer to any specific standing or seating location (unless the event you have booked for has multiple standing sections).
The standing information on ticket or booking confirmation will look like this: Row GA0, Seats 1 and 2.
Why am I paying more than face value for Resale tickets?
The prices of tickets listed for Resale tickets are set by their sellers. It’s up to the seller to list their ticket(s) for the original price they paid, inclusive of fees – or at a lower price.
We always show the face value during the checkout process, so there aren’t any hidden costs.
What is the handling fee?
So that we can be as transparent as possible with our pricing, we show you all of our fees when you buy tickets. Our handling fee allows us to:
- Deliver a safe and transparent marketplace
- Provide a team of passionate people making sure you receive dedicated customer service
- Cover verified ticket fulfilment from seller to buyer
What does my order status mean?
This describes where your tickets are in the order process. See below for a quick summary of each status:
- Pending info – Your order is undergoing security checks.
- Awaiting shipment – Your order has been accepted and your payment has been received. Once the seller has got the tickets from their place of purchase they’ll be posted to you.
- Tickets shipped/Tickets delivered – Your tickets are on their way and should be with you shortly.
My Resale ticket has someone else's name on. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal.
When you buy a Resale ticket, we do our best to reissue them in your name. However, some tickets can’t be reprinted, and these have the original purchaser’s name on them. Don’t worry though – you’ll still be able to get into the event. We inform the venue that the tickets have been sold to you so there will be nothing to worry about!
