Resale payments are paid into the bank account you provided when listing your tickets. If your bank account details have changed you can log in to your account to update these.
To do this, simply click on "View Upcoming Events" then click on the "My Account" icon in the top right-hand corner.
Then just click on “My Profile” & “Seller Details” and enter the new bank account information.
Don’t forget you’ll be paid in the currency you bought your tickets in, so make sure your bank accepts this currency to avoid a bank charge or failed payment.
Your name and address must match the details associated with your bank account or the payment will not go through.
