Event Organisers determine refund guidelines. If the Event Organiser changes the status of an event (including cancellations or event date changes), we’ll send you a notification to let you know your options. You can also find more information on our Event Status Updates page. Resale tickets or tickets received by transfer aren’t available for refund.
If you booked directly through Ticketmaster.ie and you can’t attend the event, you can check to see if the Event Organiser has made resale or ticket transfer available on your event. You can find out how to sell or transfer your tickets if those options are available for your event.
